Jim Flynn was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Cleveland Heights attending St. Ann Catholic grammar school and graduated from Cleveland Benedictine High School located on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. Jim lived in Colorado selling energy software for several years and has been a full-time resident of West Palm Beach since 2014 selling real estate properties in south Florida.

 

Jim participated in the varsity football program at John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992.   Jim has over 25 years of success in sales consisting of account management, client services, customer service and property transactions.  He has worked with dozens of great real-estate attorneys across Palm Beach County the last several years to help families from across the USA resolve real estate issues with properties lodged in probate.

 

Jim enjoys leveraging his market insight with investors, buyers and sellers to negotiate profitable agreements as well as working with other small business owners to bid on renovating and restoring properties.
